Mission

Moving women forward through development and empowerment using social interactions as one vehicle.

Membership is open to all PJM employees. The group meets several times a year to work on different areas of interest. Additionally, the WEA plans various programs throughout the year in furtherance of its goals and focus areas.

Focus Areas

• Knowledge sharing among employees in different areas of PJM, including discussion of opportunities, current projects and areas for further career development
• Inviting internal and external speakers to talk about career or industry-related topics
• Building community support to educate and encourage young people to enter into the utility field
