Lambda - PJM’s LGBTQ+ Group

Mission

Lambda is a community that promises support, solidarity, acceptance and the bond of shared experience to LGBTQIA+ people and their allies through increased visibility, education and networking.

Lambda invites all employees into this community by openly celebrating the stories, the perspectives and the existence of LGBTQIA+ people.

Focus Areas

• Host networking opportunities for members
• Plan events for employees to attend both internally and external to PJM
• Provide connections and community volunteer activities
• Serve as a resource for newly hired employees
• Invite internal and external speakers to talk to employees about a variety of topics within the LGBTQIA+ community
