PJM will allow 2 CPS for the same end use customer only under the situation where 1 CSP has an Emergency – Capacity Only registration and the other CSP has the Economic registration for energy and/or ancillary services. This narrow exception allows a clear alignment of each CSP to specific requirements and wholesale market.
