Performance Metrics
On March 1, PJM will update the OASIS Performance Metrics Web pages to improve mobile accessibility. The layout of the information will change so that products are listed vertically as the table rows and the terms are listed horizontally as the table header. Paths with no data will be collapsed to a single row with “No data” listed in place of the product tables rows. If you have any questions on this update, please contact OASIS Administrators.
Transmission Study Metrics
Transmission Study Metrics are now posted to the Planning Service Requests page as files bearing the title Interconnection Study Statistics.
Description of posting data related to grants and denials of service made in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, 18 CFR 37.6(i)
This file lists Transmission Service Requests (TSRs) from a calendar month that fall into the following categories and are organized by path name, class, type and service increment. Totals are reported in the following three columns.
- TSRs requested: Submission time is within the report calendar month.
- TSRs rejected: Time status changed to 'REFUSED,' 'DECLINED' is within the report calendar month.
- TSRs accepted: Time status changed to 'ACCEPTED' is within calendar month.
Includes TSRs in the following stati: 'ACCEPTED,' 'CONFIRMED,' 'RETRACTED,' 'ANNULLED' and 'SUPERSEDED'
The sum of TSRs requested is not expected to equal the sum of TSRs rejected and accepted in the same report month. This is because the count of TSRs requested in a month is based on the submission time stamp of the request on the OASIS, whereas the time stamp of rejection or acceptance occurs subsequent to the evaluation of the TSR request, which may occur seconds to days after the submission of a request for short-term transmission service. See the "Provider Response" in Table 6 of the Regional Transmission and Energy Scheduling Practices PDF. A TSR may be accepted or rejected in a different month than that in which it was submitted, especially if the request is made near the end of the month.
